VIETNAM VISA FEES
In order to get Vietnam visa on arrival or landing visa, applicants need to
pay two required fees: Service fee and Stamping fee.
SERVICE FEE
Service fee is the fee you pay to us for taking care all the paperworks
& following procedure required by Vietnam Immigration Department to get
approval letter for your visa on arrival, including the following works:
+ Receive and check your visa request;
+ Taking care all the paperworks to process your visa;
+ Submit your application on your behalf to Vietnam Immigration;
+ Follow-up procedure required by Vietnam Immigration to get approved;
+ Notify you of the visa approval letter processing schedule via email;
+ Send the visa approval letter via email to you after 2-3 working day(s).
+ Rush service in same day or few hours is available with extra fee.
Service fee needs paying in full in advance to process the visa approval
letter in 1 working day (urgent service) or 2 working days (normal service) and
4 working hours (super urgent service).
STAMPING FEE
Stamping fee is the fee pay directly to
Immigration Officers in cash (at "Visa On Arrival" or "Landing
Visa" Desk/Counter) on your arrival airport in Vietnam to get visa stamped
onto your passport. The fee is collected by Immigration Officers and compulsory
for all those who use visa on arrival method. The Stamping fee can be paid in
USD or VND, etc. but USD is highly recommended to avoid any unexpected
unbalanced exchange rates applied at the airport.
